Helping women live from their heart

The goal of the coaching was to understand what was happening inside me in my relationship to work. After several burnouts, I realized that leaving the company to do the same thing elsewhere was not a solution, but I didn't know what else to do or how to go about it. I had the strong feeling that I needed to go deep inside myself to understand and clarify something bigger. The goal was to stop sacrificing myself at work and to learn to set limits around myself to protect myself and no longer give all my energy to work.

Very quickly, the coaching seemed to illuminate something inside me, obviously it required me to go deep into things and face a lot of fears, patterns, beliefs... that no longer suited me. The coaching allowed me to find simple tools to understand myself a little more, allowed me to move forward at my own pace. Finally, it allowed me to shed light on my dark sides, on what I did not want to face, all this in a caring environment, active listening, and a lot of empathy. And then very concretely, it allowed me to change jobs, to find a job that suits me better and in which I observe every day how much I have changed and I listen to myself much more… a real rebirth!

Anne-Catherine is a golden coach!! Listening, kindness, benevolence, lots of tools, and then in the end, realizing that the path taken was magnificent. She allowed me to "go fast" and I needed this urgency, to quickly feel better, to be able to talk about everything, spirituality especially and without judgment, truly an experience that I will never forget.
